Professor Tim Marsh is one of the world’s leading authorities on behavioural safety, safety leadership, and organisational culture. A Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Fellow of IOSH, he was a pioneer in the UK’s original behavioural safety research at UMIST in the 1990s.

Founder of Ryder Marsh Safety and co-founder of Anker & Marsh, Tim has worked with over 500 major organisations globally, including the BBC, Sky, the European Space Agency, and leading firms in oil, gas, and manufacturing. He has delivered keynote speeches at major international conferences across five continents and served as an expert witness at the Cullen Inquiry.
