Bianca joined TES 2000 in 2017 and has since built a diverse leadership career spanning people, culture, and operations. From her early roles as HR Business Partner through to senior operational management, she has been instrumental in shaping TES 2000’s high-performance culture and strategic growth. Her appointment as Joint Managing Director in 2025 reflects a decade of achievement, underpinned by her commitment to compliance, risk management, and operational excellence. Bianca is a strong advocate for mental health, neurodiversity, and women in rail, as well as sustainability and social value across the industry. Her dedication was recognised at the 2024 RailStaff Awards, where she received the Health & Well-being Person/Team Award. Bianca brings both analytical insight and emotional intelligence to leadership. She believes that authenticity, empathy, and accountability are the foundations of effective leadership, and she strives to create environments where people thrive. Outside of work, Bianca values time with her family and remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and opportunity for all.
