Vikky is a Lead Mental Health Champion for VolkerRail, who in 2023/2024 won various awards for her workforce initiative Building Relationships On Site (BROS). She has been a Mental Health Champion for 5 years and has spoken across various industry platforms about how companies can engage site workers in their mental health initiatives, and introduce better working relationships on site and in the office.

Diagnosed with ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia in 2023/2024 she offers insight into the effects of Fatigue, pain management and emotional resilience through personal experiences.
