Elliott Judge's career has been dedicated to public safety and the protection of vulnerable individuals. Over his 32-year service with Essex Police, he held several senior positions, including Commander for the Borough of Colchester, Firearms Commander, and Head of Crime and Public Protection, where he led specialist teams who tackled sexual harm crimes and safeguarding. In 2021, Elliott retired from the police, closing a significant chapter in his life.

Later that year, Elliott joined the NHS to help manage violence and abuse towards staff. In 2022, he took on the role of Interim Principle Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for one year, encouraging and protecting staff members who raised concerns about patient safety, staff safety and other workplace issues, before returning to his original role.

Elliott was later seconded to NHS England, where his focus has been supporting universities develop strategies and training material to combat sexual harassment.

In 2025, Elliott joined Network Rail supporting them to address sexual harassment across England, Scotland and Wales.
