Vicki Beadle is an Operations Risk Advisor at Network Rail, based in York, with 37 years of experience in the railway industry. She specialises in risk management and operational resilience and is also an EDI Champion and Mental Health First Aider. Outside of work, Vicki serves as a trustee for Talking About Loss, a charity supporting bereaved individuals, and enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.
