Matt has around 20 years on the railway with a mixture of contracting and with network rail. His background is a mixture pway and Offtrack work . Matt’s been with the level crossing team for just short of 3 years and is also a mental health first aider.

Personal experience helped him with this video idea, with the support of his team.

During Matt’s free time he likes to spend it with his wife and kids, while also going out with friends to socialise, he also likes to play golf (poorly).
