James is BAM Senior Safe and Well Trainer in the Central region. With over 27 years’ experience delivering social impact leadership, Equality Diversity and Inclusion and well-being. Since losing his younger brother to suicide in 2023 James has been active in BAM’s suicide awareness and prevention programme and in September 25, James took on a secondment to deliver BAM’s safe and Well training in the central region.
