As a Wellbeing Improvement Specialist within Network Rail’s Southern Region, Liza is dedicated to helping individuals and teams foster environments that promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness. With extensive experience supporting vulnerable individuals across diverse and complex needs, Liza brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
Formerly a Participation Project Coordinator, Liza worked with local authorities to uphold Article 12 of the UNCRC, amplifying the voices of children and young people in decisions affecting their lives. Their background includes working with young people facing barriers to mainstream education, individuals at risk of criminal activity, care leavers transitioning to independence, and adults with additional needs, including those who present behaviours that challenge.
Alongside the occupational health and wellbeing team, Liza blends data-driven health insights to deliver tailored wellbeing programmes, including stress management, health events, Trauma Risk Management, and wellness initiatives. Their mission is to empower people to thrive both personally and professionally by making wellbeing an integral part of everyday life.
