Charlotte is a HR professional at Network Rail who understands and champions the needs of all colleagues in the workplace. As a working mum of two young boys, she knows firsthand the challenges parents face and is dedicated to supporting working parents and families to thrive at work.

Charlotte is also Co-Chair of the Family Focus employee network, run by volunteers across the business to influence positive change, educate and inform through events, and provide a safe space for listening and sharing. The main aim of the network is to create a workplace where all employees feel supported on their journey through family life, regardless of the stage of their journey or what their family make-up looks like.

As a Co-Chair, Charlotte is one of the key drivers of this goal and the positive impact Family Focus has within Network Rail. She is particularly passionate about the value of open conversation and creating spaces to share stories and experiences.
