How will the event work?

Rail Wellbeing Live is an online event packed full of health and wellbeing talks and inspirational sessions. This year’s experience has been extended to five days, running for the week from Monday 19 January to Friday 23 January 2026. By registering, you will be given access to the virtual event platform which is where all the sessions take place.  You will be sent a link closer to the event with details on how to access this.

 

How can I add the event to my calendar?

Once registered, you will receive a calendar invite for the entire event.

Do I need to download any software to view the event?

No, you will be viewing the event through the virtual event platform and no specific software is required. However, we suggest using Google Chrome for best performance and not accessing the event within a remote desktop, such as remote connect or Zscaler.

 

How do I access the event and view the sessions?

The event will be run on a virtual platform where you’ll be able to view the sessions and interact with other participants. You will be sent a link closer to the event with details on how to access this.

 

What do I need to participate in the sessions?

You will only need internet access from your preferred device to view the sessions. If you are in a noisy environment or have colleagues around you, headphones may also be useful. 

 

Can I watch on a phone or tablet?

You can watch the sessions on any device, although we would suggest a laptop for ease of viewing.

 

Can I share links to the event? 

Yes, please feel free to share links, but in order for the recipient to access the event, they must first register.

Do I have to book onto every session I want to attend?

You need to register to be able to access the virtual event. Once the virtual event platform is live in early January, you will be able to book onto your chosen sessions, and create a personalised agenda.

What if I have technical issues on the day and can't access RWL’26?

If you experience any technical issues on the day, follow the basic troubleshooting guide that we share closer to the event. If you continue to experience difficulties and cannot find any suitable guidance in the FAQs section of the website, please email us at contact@railwellbeinglive.co.uk.

Will you record the sessions and make them available after the event?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to view on the event platform for 4 weeks after the event has concluded. 

 

Will subtitles or closed captions be available?

Yes, subtitles will be available for all sessions.

A feedback questionnaire will be sent after the event to all participants. We would welcome any feedback, questions or comments about this year’s event.
